Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising scripts, no contact forms, and no accounts. We do not collect your name, contact details, or any other personal information through this site.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, their servers record standard request data — IP address, browser type, page requested, time — for security and reliability. That data is handled by Cloudflare under their privacy policy. We do not use it to identify visitors.
If you call the office or write to us, we get whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to answer you and, if you hire us, to do the work. We keep correspondence as long as we need it for that purpose and for the records a licensed agency is required to keep.
Anything we obtain while working a case is governed by the engagement agreement and by the confidentiality obligations that apply to a licensed private investigative agency in Washington. That is a separate matter from this website.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share what comes through this website with third parties, except where the law or valid legal process requires it, or as needed to host the site as described above.
Our text messaging program is request-only. If you text the keyword RECORD to our published number, we reply once with a link to the report published on this site. We use your mobile number for that reply and nothing else. We do not sell mobile numbers, we do not share them with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any other list. This site makes an investigative report available to the public. It names identified people and draws on public records, documents, and firsthand accounts. If you are named in it and want to respond, correct something, or ask that material be removed, write to the office address above. We read that correspondence and keep it.
Depending on where you live you may be able to ask an organization what personal information it holds about you and request correction or deletion. Since this site collects nothing, such a request would only cover correspondence you sent us directly. Write to the office address.
This site isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
